1. You have a seminar tomorrow and you haven’t prepared for it. What do you do?
- You would never not prepare for a seminar – law is all about being organised!
- You decide there’s no chance you will be able to do all of the reading so watch Netflix instead
- You think you know enough about the topic already from lectures so you don’t need any more preparation
- You flick through the chapter in your textbook, taking down some essential notes
- You settle down for a long night of work so that you have read every page, case and article on the topic

2. How do you feel about reading?
- The thought of a whole chapter fills you with dread
- It isn’t your favourite thing but you don’t mind it if the information is interesting
- You enjoy it, even if keeping on top of it can be hard sometimes
- You can skim read very well so reading lots of information isn’t a big deal for you
- You don’t read unless you absolutely have to

3. Your friend invites you out but you have a bundle to prepare, either for a mock trial at law school or during a case at a law firm the following day. What do you do?
- You ditch your work and run to the co-op to get some vodka – it's going to be a fun night!
- You spend an hour preparing the bundle, then join your friend
- You have done most of the work already and think you can tie-up any loose ends in the morning, so you leave to have fun with your friend
- You realise that other people are relying on you and so stay in to complete all of the work you can
- You ask a colleague to look over your work, hoping they will instinctively finish anything you haven’t and leave to meet your friend

How do you stay up to date on current affairs?
- Read the Economist weekly
- Variety of sources as often as possible but principally use the FT
- Quick Google every now and then
- You don’t find the news particularly interesting so you mostly hear news through Facebook updates (LadBible is reliable enough, right?)
- You attend a Current Affairs Society at University and also read the news regularly

5. You are struggling to stay on top of your academic work and applying to law firm open days etc. How do you react?
- You decide to take an admin day, listing everything you want to do and then putting it into a schedule which you will follow
- Taking time to organise yourself will only waste time when you could be doing your reading so you just continue
- Applications are a long way off – so you just focus on your reading
- Reading isn’t necessary so you focus on applications – the important part of a degree is getting a job
- At the start of term, you made a plan and although you’ve fallen a little behind, you can move a few things around, make the most of reading week and you’ll be back on track!

6. How much sleep do you need to function well?
- I need a full 10-12 hours of sleep every night
- I can function on 4-5 occasionally but usually need more
- 8 hours every night
- To be honest, I’m kind of a robot – I only need a few hours and I am ready to go
- As long as I get 5 hours, I should be ok but I might make some silly mistakes

7. Why do you want to be a lawyer?
- To quote ABBA, money money money!
- I want people to know I’m clever
- I like being challenged and it is even better to be financially rewarded for that!
- Reliable Job
- Don’t know – my parents suggested it would be a good idea

8. How do you feel about working in a team?
- I really dislike working in a team
- I will always believe my ideas are better and will fight for them
- I don’t like relying on other people
- I love working as a team and on my own depending on the task
- I think working as a team is better than on my own – group work breeds better ideas
